1 teaspoon active dry yeast
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 cup warm water
2 1/4 to 2 3/4 cups Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
3/4 to 1 teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients except salt in mixer. Mix for 5 min or so on level 3.
Place in large bowl to rise for 8 hours
Firm into one loaf, two breadsticks, or 6 rolls. Raise for another hour.
Bake at 450 for 15-20 min until golden brown.
